LAHORE: A rally was organized in Lahore on Monday to pay homage to martyrs of Army Public School (APS) Peshawar tragedy of 16 December last year.
Punjab Chief Minister’s Advisor on Health, Khawaja Salman Rafique led the rally, which was taken out from the Post Graduate Medical Institute Jail Road to the Shadman Chowk.
The participants condemned the menace of terrorism and chanted slogans in favour of Pak-Army and the law enforcement agencies. They were also carrying banners and placards, inscribed with slogans to praise the martyrs of APS Peshawar tragedy.
Addressing the rally, Khawaja Salman Rafique said the entire nation is united for elimination of terrorism.
