LAHORE: Another person died due to swine flu in the province pushing the death toll of people who died of the virus this month to 17, Aaj News reported.
This month 51 cases of swine flu were reported in Punjab this month.
The latest victim of the deadly virus became 45 year old Rao Asif, who was admitted with the disease this month. Asif was a resident of Iqbal Town in Lahore.
Punjab Health Ministry has declared Islamabad, Lahore and Multan high risk zones. Hospitals have been supplied with medicines so that first aid can be provided to patients with the symptoms.
