WEB DESK: The first music video “Yaari” of Sanam Saeed and Mohib Mirza starrer has been revealed and it’s in contrast with the film’s trailer that promised action and thrill.
While Bachaana’s trailer showed that the movie is a thriller, its first song however shows some fairly textbook romantic moments between the lead stars.
Here check out the peaceful song:
The song features Shafqat Amanat’s soaring vocals and has been composed by Bollywood music director, Prasad Sashte.
“Pakistan’s cinematic talent is slowly emerging,” Shafqat said in a video message at Bachaana’s music launch.
“As a musician, it was important for me to consider how the music was sounding in Bachaana. I thought the music was great, so agreed to sing one song. ‘Yaari’ has a beautiful melody and Bachaana looks like a beautiful film, from the bits and pieces I’ve seen,” Shafqat added.
The plot of the film revolves around a bubbly Indian girl in trouble named Aalia (Sanam Saeed who is forced by circumstances to place her faith in a Pakistani cab driver, Vicky (Mohib Mirza), in Mauritius, who then takes it upon himself to make Aalia’s safe return to India possible.
Directorial debut of Nasir Khan, Bachaana will open up in theatres on February 26 worldwide.
