ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on Monday ensured full cooperation to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi for investigation into Pathankot Air Base attack, Aaj News reported.
Modi said if Pakistan helped them find out the culprits then it would be a welcoming gesture for the bilateral relations of their countries. Nawaz Sharif had contacted Modi on telephone from Sri Lanka, said sources.
Sharif conveyed sorrow and grief on the losses in Pathankot terror attack.
He said terrorists always tried to derail the process of peace between the two countries. Pakistan will investigate in detail on the leads and information provided by the government of India.
The two prime ministers showed resolve to fight out terrorism together through mutual cooperation.
