ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali on Monday said India had agreed to receive Pakistan’s special Investigation team to probe Pathankot incident.
“The team will visit India in a few days,” he said while addressing a news conference in Islamabad.
He said India shared some telephone numbers in connection with Pathankot incident and the numbers were included in the First Information Report.
To a query, the minister said FIR of Mumbai case was registered in both Pakistan and India and the same had also been done in the Pathankot case.
Nisar said a policy would be announced soon about holding of double passports. He said cases would be registered against those who misused double passports for human trafficking and crimes.
He said action would also be taken against those who illegally distributed hundreds of thousands of national identity cards during the previous regime.
