Nazia and Zoheb Hassan were a singing sensation and pop icons, not only in Pakistan, but recognized in all of South Asia. They were regarded as pioneers of the Pakistani pop music scene and were one of the most successful Pakistani groups, selling more than 60 million albums worldwide.
The Hassans have given top chart albums of the 80s such as Disco Deewane, Boom Boom, Young Tarang Hotline and Camera Camera.
The siblings reached new heights of fame when their song Aap Jaisa Koi was first featured as a soundtrack for the 1980 Bollywood film Qurbani.
