1 packet samosa sheets
150 grams cheddar cheese
25 grams coriander
8 medium sized green chillies
Flour and water mixture (as desired)
Blend green chilies, coriander and cheese together.
Separate the samosa wraps.
Join the edges of two samosa wraps using flour paste.
Once it is done, fold it into a triangle shape.
Fill the triangle pocket with the filling.
Keep folding it into triangle shape to seal the filling.
Put the paste at the end to securely close it.
Once done with making the samosas, heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry samosas in the oil.
Take them out after they turn golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dip.
