Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in hot water after delivering a threatening speech against Pakistan, Aaj News reported.
According to reports, Indian government is facing severe criticism in wake of Uri attack. Opposition parties Congress and Janata Dal (united) has demanded immediate resignation from defence minister Manohar Parrikar and National Security Adviser to PM Modi Ajit Doval.
Congress party’s leader Manish Tewari lambasted PM Modi by saying that, Modi is trying to cover the incompetency of his government. He also said that, Indian premier is ‘all talk’ and no action.
While spokesperson of Janta Dal party, Pavan Varma held PM Modi accountable for Uri attack.
Bahujan Samaj Party’s leader Mayawati said that, instead of advising Pakistan to eradicate poverty Modi should start focusing about eliminating poverty from India.
