KARACHI: The Pakistani Women Football team’s striker, Shahlyla Baloch passed away following a drastic road accident on Wednesday night, Aaj News reported.
According to the family sources , Baloch was sitting in the passenger seat when the accident occurred in Karachi’s DHA Phase VIII area.
Shahlyla was immediately rushed to Ziauddin Hospital in Clifton after going through an accident but could not succumbed to her injuries, sources said.
Shahlyla Baloch was one of the finest strikers for Pakistan women’s football team. She represented the country at the South Asian Football Federation Women Football Championship 2014 in Islamabad, which was the last international event that Pakistan women’s team competed in.
