ISLAMABAD: President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif wrote a letter to China on 67th National Day today on Saturday, Aaj News reported.
As reported, President Mamnoon Hussain has written a letter to President of China, Xi Jinping on 67th National day and expressed his good wishes for China and Chinese nation.
President Mamnoon Hussain said, “Pakistan and China are ‘Iron Brothers’ and this time tested friendship is getting stronger with passage of time”, adding that both countries will continue to work together for peace and stability.
Whereas, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said, “China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has introduced a new chapter of bilateral relations between brother countries”, adding that CPEC would be beneficial for the region as well.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz also expressed good wishes for China on 67th National day.
