- Thinly sliced baby corn -1cup
- Steamed basmati rice -1cup
- Sliced capsicum -1/3cups
- Chinese salt –a pinch
- Soya sauce -1/3tsps
- Chili sauce -1/3tsps
- Black Pepper -1/2tsps
- Salt -1tsps
Instruction to make:
- Sauté thinly sliced baby corn.
- When it turns soft, add capsicum and then saute for a while.
- Now mix streamed rice in it and add add soya sauce and Chinese salt, black pepper, salt. Toss it for few minutes.
