ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s younger son Hassan Nawaz on Friday reached the Judicial Academy to appear before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to record his statement in Panama Papers case, Aaj News reported.
Joint Investigation Team formed to probe into Panama Papers case has resumed its proceedings at the Judicial Academy in Islamabad.
The JIT had issued summon to the prime minister’s younger son to appear before the investigation team today.
Earlier, on March 31st Hassan Nawaz did appear before the JIT but opted not to record his statement due to some legal issue.
This will be the first appearance of Hassan Nawaz before the JIT. However, Hussain Nawaz has already appeared thrice before the probe.
