Iron rich meat can cause fatigue and vulnerability to disease if taken in the day time whereas eating meat at night takes 4 to 6 hours in digestion hence can cause digestive issues.
Nuts can be a good option for lunch as it nuts help in lower risk of blood pressure and maintains a healthy heart. But, consuming it at night may increase your body weight.
To fill your body with calcium and to make your bones stronger, go for yogurt and feel free to eat it at night as it is light and helps in fast digestion. Always keep in mind that having yogurt for breakfast can cause acidity hence, avoid it.
