ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Qamar Zaman Chaudhry approved four references against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his children, son in law and Ishaq Dar in connection with historical Panama case verdict will be filed today on Friday in an accountability court, Aaj News reported
The decision was made in a NAB’s executive board meeting, headed by NAB chairman. The board decided to submit the references in relevant accountability court.
Earlier, NAB Lahore office compiled four references against members of the Sharif family and Ishaq Dar. Later the Bureau presented it before the NAB Executive Board for approval.
Three of the references are against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his children – Hassan, Hussain, Maryam and other people involved in offshore properties case. The fourth reference filed against Ishaq Dar was related to the possession of assets beyond his means of earning.
