ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that we are not only fighting for justice but for the fair process of justice.
Talking to newsmen inside court room during break, he said that he has put the country on the path of development, initiated CPEC, restored peace and overcome load shedding.
To a question about rift within his party and family, Nawaz Sharif said this is only desire of our opponents and party is united.
To another question about the political parties’ reactions towards the ongoing accountability, he said all democratic powers should join hands at this juncture.
Responding to a query about his struggle for independence of judiciary, the former prime minister said he never favored a judiciary that favors dictatorial rule or adopt doctrine of necessity.—Radio Pakistan
