ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan is all set to indict State Minister, Tallal Chaudury in contempt of court case on March 14, Aaj News reported.
According to reports, a three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan while hearing the contempt case against Tallal decided to frame charges against the PML-N minister at the next hearing on March 14.
In earlier hearing, Chaudry’s counsel while submitting his response to asked the court to grant his client exemption from appearing before the court as he has a prior commitment for today. Reviewing the plea, the court granted Chaudry exemption from appearing.
However, the court has ordered the minister to assure his presence on March 14.
