The Chinese and Pakistani Foreign Ministers reaffirmed their commitment on Monday to strengthen bilateral partnerships during a meeting in Beijing.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif and his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and regional security issues, including counter-terrorism in Pakistan and the situation in India-administered Kashmir.
At a joint press briefing after the meeting, Wang said China and Pakistan would continue to support each other and strengthen ties.
Khawaja Asif also commented saying both sides had “agreed to enhance and further deepen bilateral cooperation.”—AP
