ISLAMABAD: Advisor to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam Saturday planted tree saplings at a government School, Haroon and Basic Healthcare Unit, Haroon, Tehsil Hazro, District Attock.
Speaking on the occasion, Aslam said the government has decided to plant 20 billion for reduction of pollution.
Plant for Pakistan campaign would be launched across the country from September 2.
A total of 190 collection points have been established across for free distribution of tree saplings among the people.
Notable of the areas, officer bearers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inklsaf (PTI) warmly welcomed the advisor in his native area.
He also visited various areas of his constituency and offered Fateha for the departed souls.—APP
