Karachi: Farooq Sattar is no longer a part of Muttahida Pakistan (MQM-P)’s Rabta Committee, as his resignation has been accepted by the MQM-P, reported Aaj News.
A meeting of MQM-P at Bahadrabad, was headed by Khalid Maqbool Siddique, in which Sattar’s resignation from the member of Rabta Committee has been accepted.
Notice of giving explanation, was issued to Farooq Sattar for violating Party’s discipline.
Talking to newsmen, Deputy Convener, Kanwar Naveed Jameel said, “Farooq Sattar’s intra-party demands were also been rejected.”
MQM leader Pakistan Farooq Sattar expressed his reaction to the press conference, saying that show cause notice has been issued when workers demanded the democratic right.
Farooq Sattar said that party doesn’t follow democracy but run on a dictatorship of some people.
