COAS expressed satisfaction over the performance of army in operations

RAWALPINDI : 127th Corps Commanders’ Conference was held at General Headquarters today. The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani chaired the meeting. The conference was a part of regular monthly meetings, ISPR press release said on Tuesday.

A comprehensive overview of various professional matters of the Army was presented during the conference. The participants showed their satisfaction over the state of operational preparedness of the Army.

COAS expressed satisfaction over the performance of Army in the ongoing operations. He also lauded the professional competence demonstrated by field formations during recently held field / firing exercises. He reiterated the need to achieve professional excellence to respond to future challenges, in a befitting manner.
