ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rasheed Tuesday said all political parties were united to thwart Indian propaganda effectively.
“Pakistan will fully respond to the anti-Pakistan propaganda launched by India,” he said in a brief and informal chat with media persons at the headquarters of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation after attending a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting.
He said, “We, being a nation, have to give a positive response to the negative propaganda against the country.
Pervaiz Rasheed said messages of peace would be broadcast from Radio Pakistan to defeat militants and ensure peaceful co-existence.
The minister also highlighted important role of international media for peace in South Asian region.
