Bannu: Three persons who were facing terrorism charges and were wanted by police in several cases were killed by some unknown gunmen on Tuesday.

The incident took place in FR Jani Khel area of Bannu, where some unidentified attackers abruptly opened firing on them, due to which all three of them died at the spot.

According to the police, the accused were wanted in several cases including terrorism charges and attacks on security forces.

The body of the all three was shifted to the nearest hospital for medico-legal formalities. An investigation regarding the case has been started.
