Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed is recuperating from COVID-19. He posted his health update on all his social media accounts yesterday.

Awami Muslim League founder wrote :

"By the grace of Allah Almighty, now I'm feeling much better. I thank all my friends, brothers, mothers, and sisters who remembered me in their prayers. "

Pindi legislator had tested positive for COVID-19 on the 8th of June. Initially, he showed no symptoms but after a couple of days his health conditions deteriorated suddenly and he was rushed to Military Hospital Rawalpindi where he was managed in the emergency department.

Prime Minister Imran Khan called him on Thursday and inquired about his well being and health facilities he was provided. PM Khan wished him a speedy recovery. Sheikh Rasheed expressed satisfaction at the health services he was given and asked for prayers from the premier.
