While speaking on Nida Yasir's morning show, Omar said that she follows a strict gluten-free and sugra-free diet and don't consume dairy.

"I have green, leafy juices and I only drink black coffee," the Bulbulay actress said and added that, "I don't eat a lot of deserts and if I do then they have to be sugar free."

She also credited her strict diet for her glowing, clean skin.
