The funeral prayer of Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP) head Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi will be offered on Saturday (today) at Minar-e-Pakistan Ground in Lahore.

A large number of party members of TLP, his supporters, and followers are present to attend the funeral. According to journalist Mubashir Lucman, millions have gathered to pay their respects to the TLP chief.

"So far I am told Millions have gathered for a funeral at Minar E Pakistan. I do not know how people can be counted but definitely, this can be the largest ever gathering for any Namaz E Janaza in the history of Lahore. #AllamaKhadimHussainRizvi."

The funeral prayers of Tehrik Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Ameer Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi was delayed for one day. The decision was taken by the party Shoora in the early hours of Friday on the insistence of a large number of the party workers and supporters from far-flung areas who could not have attended it on Friday.

Chief of Tahreek e Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi passed away on Thursday evening in his house in Lahore. Rizvi was 54-year-old.

Rizvi was a preacher and head of Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP), which was founded in 2015, The party and Rizvi both rose to prominence by campaigning on the issue of “blasphemy” against Islam.
