The Supreme Court has ordered to demolish Karachi's Tejori Heights, which is established on Railway land, in one month and compensate allottees in three months, reported Aaj News.

In the hearing of the case related to illegal construction of the building in SC's Karachi registry, Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed allowed the builder to take records and other material from the building.

During the hearing of the case, Advocate Raza Rabbani who represented Tejoori Heights' builder said his client was ready to vaccate the land. However, he needed time to resolve matters with allottees and demolish the structure.

The apex court also ordered the Commissioner Karachi to oversee the demolition of the building, complete the process in one month and submit the report in the court.
