Kindness never goes unnoticed and this heartwarming video from Sukkur is proof. Constable Naeem Lajjar rushed to the aid of two puppies that had fallen into a watery hole while their distraught mother looked on, near the Police Lines in Sukkur.

Lajjar can be seen putting a brick down in the waist deep hole, before reaching for the puppies. Unfortunately Lajjar could not make it in time to save both but in a country where dog culling is a norm, it was nice to see softer treatment for the little family.

Not only did the video get Lajjar appreciation from social media users but it also got him noticed by the Naushahro Feroze SSP, who decided to honour him with a cash prize, Geo News reports.
