You would ideally:

• Be a graduate in preferably the Humanities (but we are open to considering other subject specialties)

• Have one year’s experience working in a newsroom

• A strong command over English writing (grammar, accuracy and style)

• The ability to crosscheck or acquire information from our reporters, do fact-checks from social media

• Develop news stories and features from multiple sources and in multiple formats

• Be able to create posts for social media

• Location: Karachi

• Contract: Full-time
