Asif Zardari’s mother passes away in Karachi
She was undergoing treatment at a private hospital for the past few days
Former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s mother, Zareen Ara Bukhari, passed away in Karachi on Wednesday.
The deceased was undergoing treatment at a private hospital for the past few days. After remaining at the medical facility, she passed away today.
Zardari has left Islamabad for Karachi, PPP said in a statement.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Senate Chairman Sajid Sanjarani have expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the former president’s mother.
