LAHORE: The position of rivers inflow and outflow at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma along with the reservoirs levels and the barrages on Monday was as follows:

Rivers: Indus at Tarbela-Inflows 54100 cusecs and Outflows 45000 cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 62300 cusecs and Outflows 62300 cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla-Inflows 73500 cusecs and Outflows 25000 cusecs, Chenab at Marala- Inflows 49600 cusecs and Outflows 33300 cusecs.

Barrages: Jinnah-Inflows 89100 cusecs and Outflows 82100 cusecs, Chashma-Inflows 83700 cusecs and Outflows 75000 cusecs, Taunsa- Inflows 75500 cusecs and Outflows 52700 cusecs, Panjnad- Inflows 15100 cusecs and Outflows 3100, Guddu- Inflows 56900 cusecs and Outflows 55400 cusecs, Sukkur-Inflows 50300 cusecs and Outflows 21600 cusecs, Kotri- Inflows 14300 cusecs and Outflows Nil cusecs.

Reservoirs Level and Storage: Tarbela - dead level 1380 feet, present level 1467.19 feet, maximum level 1550.00 feet, live storage 2.287 million acre feet (MAF), Mangla - dead level 1040 feet, present level 1199.90 feet, maximum level 1242.00 feet, live storage 4.381 MAF,Chashma dead level 637 feet, present level 647.60 feet, maximum level 649 feet,live storage 0.224 MAF.

The inflows and outflows of River Indus at Tarbela and Chashma, River Kabul at Nowshera and River Jhelum at Mangla have been reflected as mean flows of 24 hours,whereas the other flows have been gauged at 6.00 am.
