Netherlands sets Ireland 307 to win
Netherlands reached 306 after being sent into bat Friday in the World Cup Group B match against Ireland at the Eden Gardens.
The Irish bowling was ordinary, and the loss of star spinner George Dockrell didn’t help their cause at all. He left the field halfway through his fourth over after an awkward fall on his shoulder, and it is uncertain whether he will bat in the Irish innings.
Scores: Netherlands 306 all out (Ryan ten Doeschate 106, Peter Borren 84, Wesley Barresi 44; Paul Stirling 2-51, John Mooney 2-59)
