Militants have attacked a terminal in Landi Kotal for trucks carrying supplies for NATO and US troops in Afghanistan, killing three guards at the site on Friday.

Government administrator Akbar Khan said the guards were killed in the town of Landi Kotal. He says the attackers slit the guards' throats.

On the other hand, an under-construction Girls' High School was destroyed when a planted bomb exploded in Samandar Kota, an area of Dandy Darpa Khel in Khyber Agency.
