Corps Commanders moot reviews security situation, regional peace
A Special Corps Commanders Conference held here at the General Headquarters (GHQ) on Sunday reviewed the prevailing security situation in the country and the regional peace.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani chaired the meeting which was attended by all Corps Commanders and Principal Staff Officers.
According to well-placed sources, the meeting expressed its concern about the negative statements emanating from US and also rejected all the allegations.The meeting reiterated that Pakistan armed forces are committed to achieving enduring peace in the region.
