A meeting was held in the Presidency Wednesdaynight between President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister, Syed Yusaf Raza Gilaniand Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani.

Spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said that the meeting reviewed the current issues facing the country.

The meeting lasted for nearly two hours, the Spokesperson said.
