PML-N to hold rally on October 26
PML-N deputy secretary general Ahsan Iqbal on Saturday said the country was confronted with multiple challenges and there was an urgent need to adopt such policies which could help get rid of prevailing crisis.
Speaking to the media at Model Town residence of the Sharif brothers, he said judiciary was independent and no one would be allowed to clamp martial law in the country.
He urged the government to take PML-N leadership into confidence over the appointment of Fasih Bokhari as head of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Ahsan Iqbal demanded tabling of Ehtesab Bill in the National Assembly. He also announced to hold a rally against price hike, unemployment and corruption here on October 26.
