Police have arrested a proclaimed suspect and recovered weapon from his possession in Gandakha area of Jaffarabad district, police said on Wednesday.

"Acting on a tip-off, a police party headed by Assistant Sub-Inspector Javed Ahmed Khosa conducted raid at a house in Balan Shakh area and arrested the suspect identified as Rehmatullah.

A pistol was also recovered from the possession of the suspect.
The arrested suspect who wanted in a crime a case was being interrogated.
