Dhaka Gladiators secured their place in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) final with a 9-run victory over Khulna Royal Bengals on Tuesday.

Shakib Al Hasan scored 86 and Elias Sunny took three wickets. Royal Bengals were restricted to 182 for 7 wickets in the second semi final.

Earlier Dhaka Gladiators set Bengals a target of 192 to clinch the match. Azhar Mahmood top-scored for Gladiators with 65 as the Dhaka Gladiators made 191 after winning the toss. Hammad Azam with 1-29 was Khulna’s most impressive bowler.
