Gold price in Pakistan rose by an additional Rs16,00 per tola on Tuesday to reach a new peak of Rs111,250

In the domestic market, the price of the yellow metal witnessed an increase of Rs1600 per tola (12 gram) to reach Rs111,250. The price of 10 gram gold surged by Rs1371 to reach Rs95,379.

Gold prices, in international market, recorded above the psychological level of $1,800 per ounce amid coronvirus worries.

The yellow metal is being traded at $1,808.92 per ounce in the international market.
