Yesterday, a total of 383,955 coronavirus vaccines were administered across Pakistan. This is the highest ever single-day tally of Covid jabs given in the country.

This was announced by the planning minister Asad Umar via a tweet today. He wrote:

Alhamdulillah, a new record of vaccination was set in one day yesterday. A total of more than 383,000 were vaccinated. So far more than 7 million have been vaccinated.

NCOC Chief further wrote that the number of people who have been registering themselves for getting Covid-19 vaccines has been increasing steadily. He tweeted:

The number of registrants is also steadily increasing and 1 crore 16 lacs and 63 thousand (11.663 million) people have registered.

As per the NCOC, the exact figures are as follows:

 Vaccine administered across Pakistan in the past 24 hours: 383,955   

 Total vaccines administered till now: 7,093,803
