Special Assistant to the Chief Minister (SACM) Punjab on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan on Saturday said Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) chief Fazal-ur-Rehman made properties worth billions using frontmen by the money received as religious funds.

SACM took to Twitter to share these views. In her tweets, she called the JUI-F president a modern-day corrupt wizard who is willing to destroy the country for his own interests.

"Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman is a corrupt wizard of the modern era who used money collected in the name of religious funds to make properties worth billions using frontmen."

She said Maulana has always misled masses and his politics revolves around self-serving and creating turmoil.

Dr Firdous further added that JUI-F leader and Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) are protesting to protect themselves due to corruption cases against them. She maintained that opposition parties are crying foul because the prime minister is holding them accountable for their misdeeds.

The SACM also added that it is part of PTI's manifesto to bring back the looted wealth to the country.
