FAISALABAD: The PML-N government is working for national progress and prosperity by initiating a number of projects.

This was stated by State Minister for Water and Power Chaudary Abid Sher Ali while inaugurating renovation work of Sandal Bar Enclave greenbelt on Canal Road here on Friday.

The project was adopted by leading industrialist Mian Idrees Ahmed. DCO Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, Managing Director Parks and Horticulture Agency (PHA) Ashiq Dogar, Prof. Atif Qureshi of Horticulture Department of University of Agriculture Faisalabad and other officers were also present.

The minister appreciated the excellent role of industrialists for extending cooperation in the project of city beautification.

He said that both sides of the Canal Road were being renovated with greenbelts. He said that various other projects had also been planned for the development and beautification of Faisalabad city and different link roads would be constructed for easing traffic problems on main roads.
