LAHORE: The Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) provided emergency services to 477 victims of 628 accidents in the province during the last 24 hours.

As many as 131 accidents were reported in Lahore with 133 victims, 73 in Faisalabad with 88 injured and 43 in Gujranwala with 44 victims.

According to data, 465 motorbikes, 76 rickshaws, 63 cars, 25 vans, 29 passenger buses, 40 trucks and 80 other vehicles besides slow-moving carts were involved in the accidents.
